Every year we hire around 150 staff from around the world, to come together to deliver the best experience for our campers and create unforgettable memories.
Alongside our senior supervisory team, we have dozens of cabin counselors, activity specialists, coaches, lifeguards, photographers, nurses, drivers and support staff – every one of which has a huge role to play in creating (and having!) an amazing summer camp experience.
Birchmont is a special place, nestled on the shores of the beautiful Lake Wentworth. Many of our staff return to us year after year, which is testament to the experience they have here.
